Scope of contract

This Framework Agreement is for the provision of Recruitment and Public Appointments Advertising and Public Information Notice Adverts, and is for a period of 48 months – effective from 11th July 2020.

Recruitment

This covers providing Scotland-wide coverage and UK-wide coverage for all recruitment requirements. It will also include, for certain senior level, specialist and/or difficult to fill posts, a wider campaign approach that may involve overseas promotion using targeted advertising methods through digital and social media, and overseas print media.

Public Information Notices (PIN)

Services include, but are not limited to, the following PIN advertisements:

  • Temporary Traffic Regulation Order – Omnibus Order
  • Permanent Traffic Regulation Orders
  • Roads Scotland Act Orders
  • Compulsory Purchase Orders
  • Environmental Impact Assessment Notices
  • Environment Assessment Screening Determination Notices
  • Public Meeting Notices
  • Ad-hoc notices relating to road works, road projects, aviation, maritime and rail

We have a dedicated Public Notice team supported by our in-house Production team, so you can be assured that no services are out-sourced. We value this service very highly and pride ourselves in the customer service we provide.

Submission of notices to us means that we can oversee and take a wider view of the copy that you wish to publish, and suggest ways of changing the presentation which could reduce the space and improve cost efficiency.

Our service includes all media contact and negotiation – and booking and placing of the adverts. As a bonus, you’ll normally end up paying significantly less overall than if you were dealing direct with the publishers.
